Dr. Bhagat is an Associate Professor at the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), IIT Kharagpur. His research interests encompass Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), educational technology, cognitive load theory, and technology-enhanced learning environments.
